No. All our plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. We start with a risk-free pilot period so you can see results before committing.
The setup fee covers initial system configuration, integration with your existing tools (like Dentrix, OpenTable, Mindbody, etc.), AI training on your business specifics, and onboarding support. You only pay this once.
Our standard pilot is 14 days. During this time, you'll see real calls and bookings handled by your OpexAI agent. If you're not satisfied, we offer a full refund of your setup fee.
Yes. You can change plans anytime. If you upgrade, we'll prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the new pricing takes effect at your next billing cycle.
We'll notify you when you approach your limit. You can either upgrade to Pro for unlimited conversations, or we'll charge $0.50 per additional conversation. Most businesses find Pro more cost-effective as they grow.
